Quocirca Methodologies
Quocirca's success is based on a set of simple yet effective methodologies which keep our clients involved with the project at all stages, ensuring that the results meet the client's requirements and expectations. We run projects using a methodology called ARIA (Actionable, Reviewable, Iterative Advice). The use of ARIA ensures that the client receives key information at the earliest possible time during the project lifecycle, so that the impact of important findings can be used to change the direction of a project.
Quocirca's messaging methodology is based around the construction of a Total Value Proposition (TVP) that concentrates on building a complete set of messages. To do this we look at the client's needs, how they need to react to competitive vendors, how they co-operate with complimentary ones and what the financial arguments are around doing this. To validate the messages from longer term vision, we use a Hi-Lo Road Map (HLRM) methodology that helps vendors to create long-term road maps for their markets. These can help demonstrate why a customer should regard the vendor as a trusted, long-term partner. |
