Quocirca's latest report on Data Centre Asset Planning shows that IT budgets are being cut, with 61% of respondents either having the same or less budget as last year.  However, increasing numbers of organisations are dictating Green policies to the IT group - pointing to problems in maintaining levels of service to the organisation while managing expenditure on Green activities.

The research also shows that Germany has the Greenest credentials, with >50% of respondents embracing Green concepts in both their professional and daily lives.  This contrasts with France, where <20% of respondents have the same view.
